The space
Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. We are a 15-minute bike ride from Old Town via the Scottsdale Canal or a 5 minute drive and 10 minutes away from Phoenix Sky Harbor.

Our home is nestled right on the Scottsdale canal and has plenty of walking access to Old Town Scottsdale, Papago Park, Phoenix Zoo and Desert Botanical Gardens.

MASTER BEDROOM: Equipped with a King size bed + an en suite bathroom with a shower head and rainfall shower
BEDROOM 2: Equipped with another King size bed + shared bathroom 2
BEDROOM 3: 2 Full size beds + shared bathroom 2

OUTDOOR LIVING (BACKYARD): Outside of the home includes a custom build patio cover for plenty of shade from the Arizona sunshine and plenty of lounge chairs + seating. We also have a modern pool built in 2022 with ledge loungers submerged into the water and plenty of in-water seating through our baja shelf and side seating (Not heated). We also have a putting green to warm up before hitting a round of golf and come home to a fully equipped BBQ.

OUTDOOR LIVING (FRONTYARD): We offer a huge driveway for plenty of parking (6 cars + free street parking). You will also see Tesla Solar Panels on the home to help ensure our guests stay cool during the summer heat!

INDOOR LIVING: Our open floor plan is ideal for entertaining with views of the backyard, kitchen and living space from one area. HD flat-screen TV in living room and Master bedroom with Sonos Sound (Youtube TV, Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney+, Apple TV,Paramount+), furnishing from CB2, Article, West Elm & more!

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with everything you need, including: Keurig for coffee making - coffee included, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge and dishwasher.

GENERAL: Central AC/ Heating, washer / dryer, complimentary toiletries & linens + towels. Fans for each room.

Guests will have access to the entire home.
Additional notes
Garage access is not available at this time. Pool is NOT heated.

Your safety is our top priority with our keyless self check-in. You will be assigned a unique code which will only be active during your stay. We are available 24/7 through Airbnb messaging, as well as by phone, to address all your needs before, during and after your stay!

Surveillance or recording devices on property -
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located at the front door, driveway and side where the pool equipment is located. We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).

Neighborhood is very conveniently located next to hiking, biking and walking paths. It is a very quiet and safe neighborhood located in south Scottsdale.
Getting around
Biking, walking, and driving is preferred to get to town. There is room for about 5 cars on driveway and parking on street is available.
